Job Description:

• Design and develop enterprise data architecture, treating data as a valuable asset.
• Follow standards and guidelines to deliver valuable data across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure data solutions meet business needs.

Key Skills:

• Experience with cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure).
• Expertise in Azure lakehouses and real-time streaming analytics.
• Proficient in Python and SQL.
• Experience with data lakes, data warehouses, and business intelligence.
• Familiar with serverless computing and Azure Functions.
• Knowledge of tools like Cosmos DB, Azure Data Explorer, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Azure Databricks, and Azure Machine Learning.
• Experience with event streaming (Kafka).
• Skilled in monitoring, alerting, and APM tools.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies.
• Proficient in programming languages like Java, Go, JavaScript, C++, etc.
• Understanding of IT security practices (identity management, data protection, encryption).

Responsibilities:

• Innovate and transform core data assets using new technologies.
• Develop and communicate enterprise data standards.
• Design and implement user-driven integrations.
• Collaborate with architects, cloud services, and product managers.
• Create technical architectures and migration strategies in Azure.
• Draft and review design documents.
• Ensure high data quality and user experience.
• Establish standards and procedures for best results.
• Build data pipelines for streaming use cases.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and advise on solutions.
• Promote data asset reuse and manage the data catalog.
• Mentor team members on data principles and practices.
• Implement automation tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot production issues and streamline code deployment.
• Develop data governance models and data dictionaries.
