Description: Our client is currently seeking an Assistant Clinical Admin Coordinator in Brewer, ME 04412.




Position: Assistant Clinical Admin Coordinator. Duration: 6+ Months (Chance of Contract to permanent).

Location: Brewer, ME 04412.Pay: Good in the market.


Positions in this function includes those responsible for initial triage of members, administrative intake of members or managing the admission/discharge information post-notification, working with hospitals and the clinical team. Includes managing incoming calls, managing requests for services from providers/members, providing information on available network services and transferring members as appropriate to clinical staff. Manages the referrals process, processes incoming and outgoing referrals, and prior authorizations. This function includes intake, notification and census roles.



This job will have the following responsibilities:

  • Reviewing Charts from Storge against NLH Retention limits

  • Review the chart to see if it meets the criteria be destroyed/retained further.

  • If yes (for destruction), put into shredding bin

  • Scanning paper records within retention limits into Cerner EMR

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • High School or GED.

  • One year of relevant experience.
