Description: Our Client Is Currently Seeking A Sales Manager. Ideal Candidates MUST Be Open To Travel ( 75% Travel )




Sales Manager-



Region- New Jersey, PA, and DE



Degree- Not Mandatory



Compensation- Salary + Commission



Experience- Manufacturing and/or Distribution



Headquarters- Exton, PA



This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Develop a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls.


• Set individual sales targets for the team and track progress.


• Recruit, train, and coach sales representatives.


• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.


• Present sales reports and forecasts to management.


• Stay informed about emerging markets and competitors.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• BS/MS degree in business administration or related field (preferred).


• Proven success as a sales representative or manager.


• Commitment to continuous education.


• Excellent communication and influencing skills.


• Strong business in manufacturing or distribution
