Overview

Job Description: Assist in generating timely and creative design solutions within the parameters of a project provided by a Project Architect or Project Manager for Corgan Associates, Inc. Duties include: Proactively engage in design competitions for the company, specifically Request for Proposals (RFP) or Request for Qualifications (RFQ), to generate fast-track conceptual design solutions; assist on full life cycle projects; explore and illustrate design concepts to solve for creative and detailing solutions in the form of drawings and design software mock-ups as requested; assist in translating concepts and information into designs and images; participate in the process of exploring and completing usable construction document detailing solutions; assist with construction administration responsibilities; and participate in design meetings with other teams to ensure job success.

Rate of Pay: $86,000 - $98,770 per year

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field (or foreign equivalent) and 3 years’ experience in the role offered or related occupation.

Special Requirements: Position requires experience in the following skills: AutoDesk Revit, AutoDesk AutoCAD, SketchUp Pro, or Rhino; Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Procreate; Enscape 3D for Revit or 3D Print; and Bluebeam and Newforma.
