Responsibilities:

• Ensuring SOPs outlined in Engineered Standards to complete workflow process are followed while maintaining required standard in each function.


• Various job duties as assigned by supervisor as dictated by workflow and volume.


• Maintenance of workstation including, housekeeping, proper storage of goods and ensuring correct labels for merchandise locations


• May use power equipment including, but not limited to forklift, hand tools, and other devices operated in a warehouse environment while maintaining the highest level of productivity and accuracy.


• Working with RF Scanning equipment to maintain records of merchandise shipped, as well as examine, stock and distribute materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines.


• Standing and engaging in repetitive movement throughout the entire shift


• Extensive walking and mandatory overtime as needed is required.

Shift Details: Monday - Friday (Monday through Thursday 4:30 pm - 1:00 am or until work is complete. Friday 5:30 pm - 2:00 am or until shift is completed)



Minimum Requirements:

• Typically requires 5+ years of related experience.

Critical Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience on power equipment


• 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role, leading a group of 10-15 associates


• Order filling, stocking, and receiving experience.


• Demonstrated ability to participate as a member of a multi-functional team.


• Candidate must not have an active written warning or above for any reason.


• Strong reading, addition and subtraction skills needed to manage order specific documentation.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds on a regular basis (8-hour shift plus overtime if necessary); ability to lift and carry from 50 pounds for short distances.


• Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods of time (8-hour shift plus overtime if necessary)

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience working within a warehouse, production/manufacturing facility or stock room strongly preferred.
