POSITION SUMMARY:
Our Redmond-based client is looking for a Software Design Engineer for a Onsite based position in Redmond, WA. The main function of this Software Engineer is to construct and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data storage systems to facilitate efficient data collection, processing, and analysis. They ensure data quality and accessibility for data-driven decision-making, collaborating closely with data scientists and analysts.

Must be US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior management, technical and client teams in order to determine data requirements, business data implementation approaches, best practices for advanced data manipulation, storage and analysis strategies.
• Write and code logical and physical database descriptions and specify identifiers of database to management system or direct others in coding descriptions.
• Design, implement, automate and maintain large scale enterprise data ETL processes.
• Modify existing databases and database management systems and/or direct programmers and analysts to make changes.
• Test programs or databases, correct errors and make necessary modifications.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 8+ years’ experience with C Sharp.
• Must have minimum 8+ years’ experience with UI or UX would be helpful.
• Must have minimum 8+ years’ experience with Data sources like data modeling, being able to connect the front end to the back end. Full Stack.
• Should have experience with database technologies
• Should have knowledge of the ETL process.
• Should have knowledge of at least one scripting language.
• Should have strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Demonstrated history of success
• Desire to be working with data and helping businesses make better data driven decisions

• A competitive pay range of $80/hr- $86/hr (depending on experience).
• 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
