2 years’ experience in outpatient Antenatal Testing Unit or 5 years’ recent experience in Labor and Delivery
1 year phone triage experience
1 year ambulatory nursing experience
1 year experience in women’s health
Apply for Washington RN license by the end of the orientation period
NCC Certification in Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) or intent to obtain certification within 3 months of hire
Ability to maintain a smooth operation of the entire practice, using problem-solving and decision-making combined with sound clinical judgments.
Assists provider with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and treatments as needed in the clinic.
Ability to respond appropriately in crisis situations. Understands the procedures for medical emergencies, as well as other disaster situations.

Responsibilities
BSN Graduates: Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing from a program accredited by Commission of Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (CNEA) 30 days before start date.
ADN Graduates: Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program 30 days before the start date.
Associate degree Nurses required to enroll in BSN program within 3 years of hire and complete within 5 years of hire
Current, unencumbered Oregon State Registered Nurse License
BLS at time of hire and must be issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
BLS must not expire during orientation
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodation
Qualifications

Limited 3rd Trimester OB Ultrasound Certification
NCC Certification in Electronic Fetal Monitoring
Advanced Fetal Monitoring Certification
Previous charge nurse or lead nurse position
