Threat Tec, LLC, a Veteran-Owned Small Business, has an immediate opening for an Intelligence Analyst to support Threat Tec's contract efforts to deliver products and services to support the United States Army's Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence (G-2), insider threat and counterintelligence analysis at Ft. Eustis, VA. The counterintelligence mission protects the US Department of Defense and U.S. Army by conducting terrorism and counterintelligence risk assessments on foreign nationals scheduled or currently attending U.S. Army managed training programs in the United States as well as for plans, programs, personnel, and facilities within TRADOC

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Conducts multi-discipline intelligence research and analysis across classified domains to deliver custom products and services with specific emphasis on Counterintelligence, Force Protection, and Foreign Intelligence Entities (FIE)
• Provides subject matter expertise on a variety of databases to conduct research and analysis regarding IMS and foreign representatives whose behavior potentially poses a risk to the command or the security of the United States and documents findings
• Coordinates with a variety of security and intelligence organizations to disseminate and collect information for force protection purposes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in a related Intelligence field.
• Demonstrate knowledge of U.S. Army Counterintelligence tradecraft, operations, support, and reporting functions is preferred
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communications skills and must possess the ability to communicate effectively with government customers, executive and senior leadership, and support management staff
• Possess excellent presentation skills, with an ability to design, develop and deliver high-quality deliverables created through collaboration
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) and Teams Enterprise required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Valid passport is required
• Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance required
• Travel - Minimal -10%
