• Collaborate and Influence: Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration
  and creating a culture of shared problem-solving and continuous learning.

When your expertise drives us.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on process
  improvement or operations management.
• Experience implementing Lean strategies to reduce waste and drive measurable
  improvements.
• Strong communication and leadership skills that inspire, engage, and empower
  teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset to support effective
  decision-making.
