We are currently looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to guide our vision of empowering teams through Lean principles, fostering a collaborative environment where data-driven problem-solving and empathetic leadership drive continuous improvement and meaningful, sustainable change. You’ll collaborate with operators, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that reduce waste and streamline operations.

When your expertise drives us.
Bachelor’s degree preferred
At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on process improvement or operations management.
Experience implementing Lean strategies to reduce waste and drive measurable improvements.
Strong communication and leadership skills that inspire, engage, and empower teams.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset to support effective decision-making.
