Duties include but are not limited to:

• Operating all equipment including cheese production, whey plant, milk receiving, U.F. 85, and cheese packaging. Including CIP on all equipment.


• Able to adjust set points on UF85 in order to achieve targeted PDB.


• Able to adjust set points on UF60 in order to achieve targeted PDB.


• Able to make a starter tank as needed for production demands.


• Able to run all milk receiving equipment.


• Complete all necessary plant documentation including pre-ops, titrations and charts.


• Obtain and maintain any State and/or Federal license necessary for this bid which includes but is not limited to a State Pasteurizer License, and a Weigher's & Samplers License.


• Must be able to lift 60 pounds.


• Responsible for food safety and food quality.


• Must be able to perform SAP functions in the system.


• Responsible for following all safety rules and working in a safe manner at all times.


• Able to calibrate and operate PH meter per shift.


• Check moistures and ph in cheese.


• Add salt to cooker and document lot(s) added.


• Able to CIP all production equipment.


• Able to troubleshoot all equipment.


• Must keep track of vat splits.


• Help with rework as time permits.


• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.


• All other duties as assigned.

Hourly Rate $24.9
