Work Hours: Monday - Friday Standard Work Hours
Location: Harrisonburg, VA
Salary: $100,000- $120,000 + bonus eligible (relocation assistance is available)

As our Safety Manager, you will:

• Lead Safety Programs: Manage safety programs to meet and exceed organizational safety goals
• Training & Awareness: Provide training to all employees on safety practices, accident prevention, and new initiatives
• Audit & Compliance: Conduct audits to identify risks and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulations
• Behavior-Based Safety (BBS): Champion BBS initiatives, promoting a strong safety culture
• Incident Management: Investigate incidents, determine root causes, and implement solutions
• Environmental Impact: Lead efforts to reduce waste and enhance sustainable practices
• Support Projects: Contribute to corporate EH&S projects and safety improvements

• BS degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Management, Engineering, or closely related field (or equivalent years of relevant work experience)
• 7+ years' experience working in an EHS capacity, including experience leading/supporting environmental and safety programs in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience with permit administration and management, including Title V and Air permit experience
• Ability and comfort developing and delivering EH&S training (BBS preferred)
• Background and expertise in EHS recordkeeping, reporting, and compliance
• Experience with incident investigation and root cause analysis to identify safety issues
• 3+ years of Workers' Compensation management.
