Editorial Clerk & Customer Care Specialist PART-TIME Are you passionate about the written word and providing exceptional customer service? Join our team at The Journal! Were looking for a detail-oriented Editorial Clerk & Customer Care Specialist to support our editorial team and ensure our readers receive top-notch service. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate submissions and manage deadlines to ensure timely publication. Provide friendly and efficient customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Address reader inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism. Maintain organized records of editorial processes and customer interactions. Maintain transactions between the business office and other departments Qualifications: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic publishing software. Previous experience in customer service or editorial environments is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
