Address reader inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism.
Maintain organized records of editorial processes and customer interactions.
Maintain transactions between the business office and other departments
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic publishing software.
Previous experience in customer service or editorial environments is a plus.
