POSITION PURPOSE
The Project Coordinator oversees the scheduling, staging, tracking and reporting of the Division's daily activity and coordinates this activity with customers and Division employees. This position assists with getting work crews, equipment and materials to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications or needs. The Project Coordinator also completes several administrative tasks for the Division.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reviews initial job cost reports and attends division job cost

Manages material and subcontractor invoicing process, including coding and routing for Superintendents, Project Managers and Production
Administers the inventory tracking
Works with the Safety Department and Superintendents to ensure employees have appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) available to
Manages crew uniform set up/cancellation, cleaning and replacement
Participates in the in-bound customer service call rotation, enters appropriate information into company Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Act as point of contact for Division
May perform basic administrative and clerical functions, which may include filing, copying, binding reports, simple typing, etc.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Work Experience
High School Diploma or GED required, Four (4) year degree a
One (1) to three (3) years industry, administrative, and/or dispatcher experience
Strong computer, written and oral skills
Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations.
Strong critical thinking skills
Must be fluent in English, i.e., must be able to speak, read and write
Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations
