Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:



  • Oversee the proposal development process, ensuring all technical and non-technical data is compiled, edited, assembled, and submitted according to RFP timelines.

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proposal strategies are accurate, persuasive, and timely.

  • Manage project information, input details into the project database, and ensure consistent formatting and style for project proposals and resumes.

  • Gather, write, compile, and format content for project proposals and resumes, maintaining databases with a standardized format.

  • Schedule and manage architectural project photography.

  • Distribute resumes and project sheets to industry partners, ensuring content is relevant and consistent with specific opportunities.

  • Update the company website and manage digital marketing efforts, including social media updates, automation, and analytics.

  • Support the planning and execution of industry conferences and trade shows, including scheduling, resource planning, and logistics.

  • Recommend, purchase, and manage inventory of branded tradeshow promotional items.

  • Design and coordinate company advertising, ensuring consistency with the firm's image.

  • Assist with business development efforts, including managing sponsorships for associations, events, and community activities.

  • Support special events and activities across the company.

  • Assist in preparing the company's marketing plan and budget.

  • Attend trade shows and client events, and participate in professional societies for networking and professional growth.

  • Provide support across various departments including administration, mechanical, electrical, commissioning, technology, and retail.

  • Review employee timesheets weekly to ensure correct project and overhead codes are used.

  • Set up clients, billing terms, and file structures in the system upon project award.

  • Assist project managers with client billing when needed.


Qualifications:



  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • At least two years of experience in business, marketing, or communications, preferably within the Engineering/Architecture/Construction sectors or familiarity with the K-12 school environment.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to assist in marketing and technical copy and manage client relations.

  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy of information within the system.

  • Proficiency in social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, with knowledge of posting, monitoring, and tracking trends.

  • Ability to maintain consistent communication and exhibit strong presentation skills as a brand representative.

  • Experience in concept layout, text and image formatting, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).

  • Knowledge of accounting tasks is a plus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with preferred knowledge of CRM platforms.

Additional Info:



  • Pay: $26/hr-$30/hr - Depending on experience

  • Location: 100% onsite

  • Schedule: 8 AM-4 PM Monday-Friday
