JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Support and enhance PowerBI Reporting for NASP
- Skilled in systems integration, data mining, data structures, and building reports to support business objectives.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with key stakeholders at all levels of the NASP organization.
- Knowledgeable in SQL, MS Access, and structuring data to maximize data analytics.
- Be a mentor to others within the organization
- Deliver projects on time, within budget & free of issues in the Production system.
- Testing new functionality & documenting results.
- Assist with resolving incidents which come in from the business each day through Service Now
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or other field with pertinent experience
- 10-15 years' experience
- Ability to analyze complex problems & develop creative solutions.
- A key team member who contributes to the team providing ideas & suggestions.
- Self-starter, team-player who works collaboratively with others
- Strong detail-orientation, organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills in responding to both internal and external customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment high volume environment; adapt to change and learn new skills quickly
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel intermediate to advance, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
