Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY
UPS is seeking a Retirement Administration Admin to support the day-to-day administration and functional responsibilities associated with retirement. He/She processes retirement estimates, retirement applications and manages general correspondence for the deferred and active population for all UPS Administered Plans. The Retirement Administration Admin also guides prospective retirees through the retirement process with daily phone inquiries, performs data analysis, and researches potential discrepancies in employee records.
The ideal candidate has production based/contact center environment experience and is comfortable successfully hitting weekly tracked goals. He/She also has research and analytical skills in order to successfully process benefits applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Processes retirement applications, estimates and general correspondence associated with active, terminated and deceased populations
Manages administrative processing of benefits Supports and counsels participants through retirement process
Research/Resolve data issues
Performs data Integrity audits as assigned
Possesses ability to manage and maintain electronic files
QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements
Must reside in the same geographical location as the job or be willing to self-relocate to the area
Must be willing and available to report to the corporate office in Atlanta on a daily basis
Possesses excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Possesses intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products or equivalent software
Preferences
Previous experience in a customer-facing role
Bachelor's Degree
