Job Description:

Provide administrative support for the Merchandising department. This position requires a high degree of data acumen, accuracy, strong organizational skills, and ability to multi-task. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.Minimum

• Excellent communication skills, typing, and organizational skills
• Ability to write reports and correspondence
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point with the ability to learn new computer skills
• Customer service role model

• Must be professional, dependable, possess positive attitude, good judgment, and be able to gain the support of others to get the job done

• Prior experience in supporting managers

• Provide day-to-day administrative support for merchandisers
• Provide customer service that makes both internal and external customers feel welcome, important and appreciated
• Data entry, review, and processing
• Collect, process, and disseminate reporting
• Maintain accurate item records
• Maintain accurate pricing advised by merchandiser
• Proofread Ad and other bodies or work for accuracy
• Familiarity with Kroger Systems and ability to run reports from the applications
• Read and understand financial statements, work accurately with numbers and recap information as needed
• Maintain communications between Store Leadership, Merchandisers and other departments as needed
• Create, as required, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
• Supervise and coordinate events and activities as assigned
• Sitting- 90 percent of the time
• Lifting- average of 5 pounds, maximum 20 pounds
• Pushing, climbing, twisting, bending, squatting
• Manual dexterity
• Must be able to complete assigned tasks with a high level of accuracy
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
