Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Commercial Banking Strategic Initiatives team that supports the Equipment Finance and Vendor Finance Businesses. The Commercial Banking ("CB") Strategic Initiatives team works with the EF/VF senior leadership team to develop the business' short, medium, and long-term strategy, partners with business teams and functional areas (both within Equipment Finance and across Commercial Banking) to identify, scope, size, and decision business opportunities and develop solutions, and leads the delivery of EF's most significant, complex, or cross-business strategic priorities. The team also serves as a thought partner and counsel to Equipment Finance's senior leaders.
In this role, you will:
Issue Identification - work with business and functional leaders to identify issues impacting our ability to better service our customers
Scoping/Solution documenting - partner with Business and Functional SME's to propose solution and scope
Approval and Prioritization - work with Business Product and Technology Leadership team to obtain approval and prioritization and funding
Resource Coordination - secure appropriate business and functional SME resources to populate workstream(s)
Workstream Management - coordinate meetings and track deliverables to ensure timely execution, utilize tracking tools to build action items and timelines
Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Problem solving - utilize domain expertise and leverage experiences to work through roadblocks/constraints
Communication - ability to provide awareness to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Project Management - advanced skills with prior experience of cross functional initiatives

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates. $96,600.00 - $171,800.00 Benefits
