<div dir="ltr"><font style="font-size:12px;"><font style="color:undefined;font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;size:undefined;">Senior Delivery Distribution Center Manager<br><br>The Senior Delivery Distribution Center Manager provides leadership, support, communication and direction to a Delivery Distribution Center (DDC), warehouse, Product Returns Center (PRC) and any associated cross-dock operations. They ensure company values, operational policies and procedures are understood and followed. This role provides coaching and leadership guidance to all DDC, Warehouse, and PRC management. They are responsible for creating a positive experience for internal and external customers, managing P&L performance, and delivering Service Level Agreement results.<br><br>Key Responsibilities:</font></font></div><ul dir="ltr"><li><div><font style="font-size:12px;"><font style="color:undefined;font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;size:undefined;">Directs the activities of a DDC and up to 4 cross-dock operations. These facilities support 90 to 150 retail stores in the area of appliances, consumer electronic sales, service support and return to vendor activities.</font></font></div></li><li><div><font style="font-size:12px;"><font style="color:undefined;font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;size:undefined;">Assists in the development of new programs and follows all current SOP standards to ensure performance goals and objectives are met.</font></font></div></li><li><div><font style="font-size:12px;"><font style="color:undefined;font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;size:undefined;">Maintains effective communication with customers and business partners through home delivery operations.</font></font></div></li><li><div><font style="font-size:12px;"><font style="color:undefined;font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;size:undefined;">Manages all Best Buy and third-party contractors to support 70,000 to 150,000 home deliveries per year.</font></font></div></li><li><div><font style="font-size:12px;"><font style="color:undefined;font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;size:undefined;">Hires, develops, coaches and counsels a management staff of 8 to 20 individuals and indirect staff of 50 to 250.</font></font></div></li><li><div><font style="font-size:12px;"><font style="color:undefined;font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;size:undefined;">Creates a positive work environment that promotes creativity, safety and follows company values.</font></font></div></li><li><div><font style="font-size:12px;"><font style="color:undefined;font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;size:undefined;">Tracks, measures and controls all levels of service, including quality of service and P&L accountability.</font></font></div></li><li><div><font style="font-size:12px;"><font style="color:undefined;font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;size:undefined;">Provides operations leadership and support for additional business and operations.
