<span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span arial="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">As the <b>Operations Analyst, OEM Protection & Memberships </b>you will ensure that our OEM protection contracts are creating and functioning as intended for vendors such as Apple, Microsoft, and Samsung. This role additionally supports Best Buy Protection contracts as part of our Membership program. A successful candidate for this role must demonstrate the ability to analyze large data sets and make correlations between reporting data and subscription system statuses to articulate gaps in plan integrity. With this knowledge the candidate must show excellent written and verbal communication skills to inform leadership how the desired customer experience and/or business outcome fell short of expectation. This fast paced, team-oriented role is at the center of Best Buy's Membership operations growing capability. This role provides opportunities to engage cross-functionally with numerous BBY systems, businesses, and operations teams. This candidate must enjoy combining business strategy with data analytics and technical systems to explain plan performance and issues.</span></span></span></span><p><span
