Our Corporate Controller is instrumental in working towards our purpose every day!!

The Corporate Controller is responsible for overseeing and administering the companys global accounting functions, including general accounting, general ledger, tax compliance, external audits, statutory compliance, fixed assets, risk management, and treasury. As a key member of the companys management team, the Corporate Controller must demonstrate TIDI Products, LLCs values, be an agent of change, and be committed to a customer focused value discipline.

Ideal candidate will be located in the Neenah WI area. This position will work remotely but will be required to come into any of our sites and as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for global financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and other statutory requirements
Present corporate consolidation and collaborate with all functional departments across the enterprise to provide financial reporting
Participate in the forecast / budget process
Lead the development and execution of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
Management of tax compliance, external audit, internal audit, month-end, and accounting/financial reporting for the global enterprise.
Responsible for treasury and bank compliance reporting
Maintain relationships with our independent CPA firm and lenders.
Coach and lead the accounting team (3 6 direct reports) with a focus on continuous improvement.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies
Assist the VP of Accounting in mergers and acquisitions including due diligence work, purchase accounting, and integration.
Actively participate in TIDI Products commitment to continuous improvement in all areas of the operation.
Performs other tasks, as required or directed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting
10 years related experience
Leadership experience (creating direction, leading manager level positions)
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Preferred
CPA/CMA/MBA
Experience in a manufacturing work environment
Familiarity with maquiladora business structure, a plus
M&A and/or purchase accounting, tax, and financial reporting experience
Insurance and audit experience
Prior experience in Lean cultural transformation is highly desirable.
