Responsibilities:

• 
  Capture and Gather Requirements: Engage with project stakeholders through meetings and discussions to collect critical requirements.


• 
  Analyze and Prioritize: Evaluate and prioritize these requirements, presenting them to support decision-making and recommendations.


• 
  Conduct Research: Perform independent research and peer benchmarking to meet project deliverables.


• 
  Evaluate Technical Tools: Assess potential technical tools or options, document findings, and present insights to the team.


• 
  Facilitate Discussions: Lead discussions to create process maps and business requirements.


• 
  Document Processes: Review and document current processes to aid in future planning, troubleshooting, and identifying fit gaps.


• 
  Create Technical Documentation: Develop technical documentation, including training materials and test plans.


• 
  Survey Analysis: Analyze survey data to convert raw data into actionable insights.


• 
  Identify System Improvements: Document business processes, data, and reporting requirements, identifying opportunities for system enhancements.
