Judge Healthcare is looking for an Human Resources Representative Sr. in Orange, CA!



Schedule: Full Office, Monday-Friday standard business hours


Contract position: 6+ months


Duties & Responsibilities:

• Participate in a mission-driven culture with a focus on customer service and accountability.
• Assist in department responsibilities and support short- and long-term goals.
• Execute and recommend alterations to project plans.
• Evaluate, analyze, design, and maintain system configuration data.
• Develop solutions for assigned projects.
• Collaborate with vendors, staff, and end users to resolve system issues.
• Perform functional configuration tasks and troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in the design and implementation of new modules.
• Analyze systems and recommend process improvements.
• Assist with test plans, user documentation, and training.
• Perform data validation, system testing, and auditing.
• Analyze vendor changes and project impacts.
• Provide advanced technical support to business staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, HR, or related field.
• 5 years of HRIS technical application support experience.
• 2 years of system support experience.
• 2 years of computer hardware and software troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with third-party vendor solution configuration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 years of HR experience in health services.
• Experience with system interfaces, data mapping, and knowledge of DayForce and ADP Workforce Now.
• Implementation experience.
