Job Details:
- Mandatory Skills/Qualifications: (All skills, both technical and soft, required to be successful in the role)
- Master's degree or higher in cognitive science, usability, human factors, or similar fields
- At least 5+ years of experience in user research for consumer products
- Skills: Start to finish usability and concept testing, from participant recruitment to final report
- Interface with stakeholders to understand study needs
- Conduct studies (in-lab and remote) that result in data that supports direct insights about product performance
- Create reports, provide report presentations to the team, and answer follow-up questions after the presentation is completed.
