Job Description:

Baer is looking for SAP FSCM Consultant for a 12+ month project located in Los Angeles, CA.


Title: SAP FSCM Consultant
Location: Remote and possible travel to client site (Los Angeles, CA)
Duration: 12 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: C2C

Description:

• Design, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA FSCM Collection Management and Dispute Management modules to meet business requirements.


• Develop solutions to optimize Collection and Dispute Management workflows, incorporating automation where applicable.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to collections, disputes, credit management, and dunning processes.


• Provide expert guidance and input during key project phases, including blueprinting, realization, testing, and go-live.


• Configure and customize WRICEF (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) objects as needed to enhance module functionalities.


• Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users, ensuring full utilization of Collection and Dispute Management features.


• Provide post-go-live support, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Collection and Dispute Management modules.


• Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4HANA FSCM features, industry trends, and best practices to recommend improvements and drive process optimization.


• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and business users, to deliver high-quality solutions within established project timelines.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as an SAP consultant, with a specific focus on SAP S/4HANA FSCM Collection Management and Dispute Management modules.


• Deep understanding of Collection Management and Dispute Management processes, including credit management, dunning, dispute resolution, and collections strategies.


• Hands-on experience in configuring SAP S/4HANA FSCM modules and working with WRICEF objects.


• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Finance modules and experience with integration across other SAP modules such as FI/CO, SD, and MM.


• Experience designing and implementing solutions in a distributed FSCM model is highly desirable.


• Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead workshops, present solutions, and provide end-user training.
