Reports To: Director of Business DevelopmentZeeba is dedicated to improving fleet solutions for small and medium size business organizations with heavy focus on commercial vehicles. What you'll be doing...Work with a portfolio of clients and internal cross-functional teams to develop account management strategies that best suit the scalability and growth of Zeeba and the success of the client.Execute day-to-day requests and activities, complex or routine, in accordance with company policies, procedures, and priorities.Conduct outreach communications to clients to get ahead of issues and requests (daily)Manage client contracts and notify changes through addendums. Manage incoming client requests and tickets, from intake to resolution.Maintain and uphold the integrity of our rental agreements in partnership with finance, operations, and insurance departments.Ensure client compliance on inspections, fees, and terms outlined in their rental agreements.Uses discretion and independent judgment to come to efficient solutions that exceed client expectations!Takes ownership of client issues and apply critical thinking and problem-solving on the fly.Track and report regular activities through Google Sheets, PM Softwares like Asana, and Support systems like ZenDesk. Coordinate with the fleet operations team the regular preventative maintenance of vehicles on rent.Participates in projects that continuously refine and develop processes in order to best serve Zeeba clients, both internal and external.Maintain a performance scorecard that measures ticket resolution, SLA compliance, Net Promoter Scores, and Client Satisfaction.Mentor and develop Client Experience Coordinators who support the organization in delivering industry leading customer service.Lead client specific special projects as needed Coordinate with the Hub Manager and Fleet Managers the regular preventative maintenance of vehicles on rentOther duties as assigned (highly likely in a Start-up Environment)What we're looking for...3-5 years experience working in account management, customer experience, or business development3-5 years experience in the vehicle rental industry a plusExcellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail with an ability to focus on accuracy while managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyExceptional verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skillsExcellent Problem solving/resolution and decision-making skillsExceptional computer skills in CRM, Microsoft Windows, Excel (query), Power Point and WordAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and think criticallyWilling to start from scratch in a rapidly growing environmentA curious nature to keep learning and growing Someone who enjoys solving problems, figuring things out, and loves to understand how things workAbility to accept and drive organizational changeAbility to advocate for client and represent voice of the customer to build and retain relationshipsAbility to nurture and work in a team environment as well as ability to work independentlyAbility to travel to client and prospect locations when necessaryBachelors degree or equivalent work experience requiredWilling to travel as needed
