We are hiring a maintenance laborer to join our team. This is a full time, year-round position. Position SummaryThe primary function of this position is to execute maintenance tasks and projects. Attendance and effectiveness are the key values for this position.Wage $22-26 per hour starting wage depending on experience. Raises will be negotiated annually and based on performance reviews. Bonuses may be given at the discretion of the company.Schedule Typically, a minimum of 40 hours weekly, 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. During the winter season, work hours will be dictated by snowfall. Early starts beginning at 4am will be required on all snow days. Extended work weeks including weekends and holidays will be required during snowstorm cycles. This position is eligible for overtime. ResponsibilitiesSummerLandscaping, including mowing, trimming, gardening, and debris removal using company-provided equipment. WinterManual snow removal using shovels and snowblowers.Year-roundRoutine maintenance tasks, including custodial, basic repairs, and equipment maintenance.Track time using our field service application.Account for expenses on a company-provided credit card.Interact with company technology using a company-provided cell phone. The worker is subject to extreme cold: Temperatures typically below 32 degrees for periods of more than one hour.
