In this role, you will: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product management, and finance to support sales initiatives and resolve customer issues Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and other general office tasks Scheduling and coordination for print and digital advertisements Help work with major accounts as well as local businesses Front desk duties to include incoming calls and meet and greet customers upon arrival Additional duties upon request from management Here's what you need: Prior experience in a similar, fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Detailed computer skills Problem-solving and decision making Ability to work on deadline We are interested in someone who truly wants to be part of our team and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
