Assistant Business Office Manager at Whitney Oaks Care Center
Location: Carmichael, CA

Whitney Oaks Care Center is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Business Office Manager to support our billing and collections processes. If you have a strong background in administrative support, billing, and collections, and are passionate about working in healthcare, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in managing billing and collections for patient accounts

  • Support the Business Office Manager with day-to-day operations

  • Ensure accuracy in billing records, payments, and financial documentation

  • Collaborate with residents, families, and insurance companies to resolve billing inquiries

  • Help maintain compliance with all healthcare-related billing regulations


Qualifications:

  • Experience in billing, collections, or a similar role (healthcare billing experience is a plus)

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with billing software and Microsoft Office
