Job Description:

Beacon Hill Financial is looking to fill a high volume contract recruiter position for a Fortune 100 company. The role is located onsite 5 days a week in Billings, MT. If interested, please apply.

• The recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and extending offers for employment


• The position will work closely with our call center supervisors and manager to identify top talent


• The position will fill training classes of 25 new hires per month


• This role is open due to adding 100 positions to various site locations as the company restructures their field support call centers


• The contract recruiter will spend a majority of their day conducting phone screens with candidates and scheduling interviews. They will consult with leaders on interview results, build, route offers for employment and extend verbal offers


• Top 3 Must-have hard skills: Recruiter must be experienced in high volume recruiting / understand recruiting processes / have the ability to communicate with leadership to provide updates on recruiting efforts.
