C-Level Executive Assistant

Position Summary:

Provide professional administrative support to C-Level executives and internal/external stakeholders. Manage projects and tasks in a high-paced environment, ensuring deadlines are met.



Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex calendars and schedules, resolving conflicts efficiently


• Draft correspondence, prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials


• Handle sensitive matters with discretion and confidentiality


• Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports


• Greet guests and manage inquiries professionally


• Assist with ad hoc projects and support executives as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required


• 5+ years of experience in an executive assistant role supporting senior leadership


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
