Business Process Analyst at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in San Diego, California

Job Description:

Insight about the Position:

• This position will provide functional support, problem identification, and recommended improvements of functions, processes, and procedures related to projects and initiatives.

• Creation, maintenance, and delivery of reference and training materials will be required. Will lead narrowly focused smaller sub-projects in support of larger, more complex projects or programs as directly by more senior team members.

• Collect and validate data from various sources, primarily one or two enterprise applications, to monitor business performance and process adoption

• They will work with multiple departments across an organization in order to resolve problems and implement process improvements. Their acumen, broad understanding of business processes and technical skills are required to select appropriate standards. This position will provide ideas and recommendations that contribute to the overall success of business process management.

• In addition to assigned business process management responsibilities, they make plans for small projects or subsets of larger projects that may include collaboration with several other work groups or organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Execute business process performance analytics

• Maintain documentation and guidelines for business units

• Gather, document and maintain business procedures and guidelines

• Create documentation, procedures and training materials for business unit personnel to be fully effective in both existing and future systems and applications

• Provide support for business process issue resolution

• Elicit business requirements

• Support development of data models and conversion strategies

• Develop test scenarios, Conduct testing as required by new content releases or deployments

REQUIRED:




No professional Experience Needed. Looking for individual with related coursework or internship experience.

• Understanding of business process performance analytics


• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint,




• MS Project, Visio, Azure Dev Ops, Power BI are preferred.




• Excellent communication skills - Verbal and Written


• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics




• Finance and Accounting classes are beneficial.
