Desktop Support Analyst at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Wilmington, Delaware

Job Description:

Duration: Ongoing contract

• Provide top notch customer service attitude at all times.


• Multitask effectively


• Some issues are mission critical and will deal with highly stressed users - be competent and confident with them


• Starting with Hardware Support for Dell OptiPlex and Latitude workstations, including configuring, shipping, and collecting them from remote workers.

Required Skills:

• Desktop deployment experience with configuration/imaging


• Reliable work history and work ethic including references who attest to this


• Strong customer service attitude and sense of urgency with a proactive approach


• Enthusiastic answers/personality


• Ticketing system experience


• Reliable, competent problem solver who can multitask through a busy day


• Competent, articulate listening/communication skills


• Experience handling high ticket volume or intense situations and finding a resolution in a calm manner
