Preferred applicants should have prior experience in football operations at the collegiate level and be able to carry out video coordinator duties




Job Description






Duties and Responsibilities:




  • Assist the Head Football Coach in developing a quality CSFL Football program that will be competitive on the field and in the classroom within CSFL/Ivy League guidelines and in a professional manner.

  • Responsible for promoting the philosophy and objectives of the Football program, the Athletics Department and the University.

  • Responsible for the set-up of practice and game-day sidelines throughout pre-season and regular season

  • Expected to know and follow NCAA/CSFL/Ivy League rules and regulations/requirements

  • Must work flexible, sometimes long hours during Football Pre-Season and Football Regular Season

  • The successful candidate must have the ability to work effectively with faculty, staff, and students from a variety of diverse backgrounds and a demonstrated dedication to the full academic and social development of student-athletes.







Qualifications:




  • High School Diploma required

  • One to three years of experience in football operations at the collegiate or professional level.
