Job Summary:

In this role you will perform a variety of customer service/sales related duties: prepare quotations, process customer purchase orders, analyze and correct discrepancies, provide information on production and shipping schedules. Respond to customer inquiries regarding quotes and orders. Confer with appropriate Engineers and Managers relative to quote information and suggest methods or procedures to assure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:.

• Use Customer Relationship Module (CRM and D365) to support quoting activities
• Complete Request for Quote (RFQ) forms for customer
• Thoroughly review incoming purchase orders, paying attention to terms and conditions
• Obtain missing information from purchase orders and answer queries
• Process Orders in ERP System with a high rate of accuracy and efficiency
• Communicate with customers and Sales Representatives
• Review incoming orders with Engineering support if needed
• Assign commissions
• Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
• Provide general Sales administrative support to the sales team

• Associate degree (A.A.) degree or equivalent from a two-year or technical school; or 2 to 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• ERP experience
• Hands on Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Salary Minimum: $50,000
