Key Responsibilities:
Support recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and resolving employee queries.
Coordinate new hire orientations, training sessions, and ongoing employee development programs.
Address employee relations issues and help with conflict resolution as needed.
Ensure HRIS and other systems are up to date and maintain reporting accuracy.
Contribute to the development and refinement of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
1-2 years of HR experience, ideally in a staffing, recruitment, or agency environment.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and best practices in HR compliance.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
