Key Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.

• Coordinate new hire orientations, training sessions, and ongoing employee development programs.


• Address employee relations issues and help with conflict resolution as needed.


• Ensure HRIS and other systems are up to date and maintain reporting accuracy.


• Contribute to the development and refinement of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.


• 1-2 years of HR experience, ideally in a staffing, recruitment, or agency environment.


• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.


• Familiarity with HRIS systems and best practices in HR compliance.


• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
