Indirect Sourcing Intern at ORBIS Corporation in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin

Job Description:

The Indirect Sourcing Intern for ORBIS Corporation will be responsible for assisting the Sourcing Team with projects. This position will be part-time during the school year, and then transition to full-time during the summer. The student hired for this role will need to be able to work a combination of in person and remotely, as needed. You will have guidance from a mentor on the Sourcing Team as well as be included in Menasha Corporation's Intern Program, which focuses on connection, experience building, and professional development.

Essential to this Position

The Indirect Sourcing Intern will be responsible for assisting the Team with projects starting January 2025 through Summer 2025.

Areas of Learning/Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements.


• Analysis of supplier spend by category with recommendations for supplier consolidation.


• Identify and implement reporting for proactive management and visibility to organization.


• Work on various projects as needed

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain and Operations Management, Business Management, Project Management or other related degree


• Junior or Senior standing


• Strong computer skills


• Strong oral and written communication skills
