Pricing Quote Analyst at Menasha Packaging in neenah, Wisconsin

Job Description:

• Reviews project specifications and customer requirements to develop a comprehensive understanding of requirements to meet expectations and accuracy.


• Maximizes our national footprint in alignment with our pricing strategy and capabilities.


• Collaborates cross-functionally to gather necessary information and ensure pricing quotes align with client expectations, internal capabilities, and drive accurate estimated costs for operational performance evaluation.


• Utilizes estimating software, spreadsheets, and other tools to calculate costs, analyze data, and generate accurate and timely pricing quotes and estimated operational layouts.


• Assures compliance to company pricing policies and practices.


• Sets performance goals, conducts performance evaluations, and takes action to improve efficiency and accuracy.


• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of pricing quotes.


• Provide ongoing project status updates to internal stakeholders, including project timelines, costs, and potential risks.


• Actively fosters a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability.


• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to cost estimating and share knowledge with the team.

Education & Experience

• Pricing Quote Analyst considered a role model in competency and ability to train the trainer.


• Bachelor's Degree preferred and minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required.


• Knowledge of the packaging industry, display materials, pricing practices, structural design and production processes is a plus.


• SAP experience is a plus.
