In this role, you will:
  • Lead and support complex, high visibility enterprise and line of business initiatives.
  • Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
  • Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
  • Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
  • Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
  • Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
  • Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
  • Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Previous leadership or management experience
  • Strong Project Management, Process Design and Improvement or Risk Mitigation experience
  • Experience leading high visibility, complex initiatives
  • Experience identifying and mitigating risk
  • Experience with process design and improvement
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to engage and communicate with senior executive-level leaders
  • Ability to develop effective PowerPoint presentations to present to Senior Management
  • Experience conducting root cause analysis for data-driven process-related improvements
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, coupled with an ability to translate ambiguous ideas/issues into well-defined plans/solutions with a track-record for delivering results
  • Strong expertise in innovating, ideating and implementing process improvements
  • Ability to adapt quickly to an ever-changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communications skills with an ability to interact effectively with stakeholders across various levels within the organization
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment and the ability to effectively manage and build relationships
  • Ability to handle time sensitive projects and audits and to provide strategic direction
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to work on-site at work location
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule
  • Travel required 10%
