Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Supporting key accounts and manage backend support for CSE

General Day to Day
  • Assist on support items
  • Quote/Proposal Review
  • Pricing (MyPrice / Rome) - CSE input on need
  • Manage State Agreement (w/state agency CSEs)
  • Contract management
    • New agreements, amendments, etc.
    • New FANs and migrations
  • Tax Exempt Issues (customer submissions)
  • ROME Account Maintenance & Premier/BRC
  • ClarifyLite
  • Account Maintenance Requests (med/large)
    • TOBR (CRU to CRU)
    • General account maintenance requests
  • Demo, Bulk SIM & Inactive Equipment Orders
  • Remote Disaster Response Support
  • FN Audit and Unlimited Violation Support


Our Senior Client Support's earn between $87,200.00 - $130,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
