Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Supporting key accounts and manage backend support for CSE
General Day to Day
Assist on support items
Quote/Proposal Review
Pricing (MyPrice / Rome) - CSE input on need
Manage State Agreement (w/state agency CSEs)
Contract management
New agreements, amendments, etc.
New FANs and migrations
Tax Exempt Issues (customer submissions)
ROME Account Maintenance & Premier/BRC
ClarifyLite
Account Maintenance Requests (med/large)
TOBR (CRU to CRU)
General account maintenance requests
Demo, Bulk SIM & Inactive Equipment Orders
Remote Disaster Response Support
FN Audit and Unlimited Violation Support
Our Senior Client Support's earn between $87,200.00 - $130,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
