Role:

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the marketing department by managing day-to-day marketing operations, overseeing inventory and order management for the company store and marketing materials, and providing creative support to the marketing team. This role is pivotal in maintaining consistency and organization across marketing channels, ensuring that branches and departments are well-supplied with necessary materials, and supporting special projects.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Assist Production Manager with managing shipping and inventory operations for our internal company store. Products include promotional items, stationery, and employee apparel.

  • Track and maintain store inventory, ensuring sufficient stock levels.

  • Assist Production Manager in overseeing and managing outside supply vendors to ensure current and compliant materials.

  • Monitor branch supplies of debit/ATM card plastics and other consumables.

  • Coordinate ordering and distribution of promotional materials, including banners, counter mats, and lobby posters, to branches.

  • Provide occasional administrative support to executive staff on special projects or daily business activities.

  • Manage, maintain, and update internal communication channels including company intranet, social media channels and display screens.

  • Design and/or update ads, flyers and branch marketing materials as needed.

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Education and/or Experience.                         

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, graphic design, or administrative roles.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Basic graphic design skills (experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and email marketing tools preferred.                                                                            

 Interpersonal Skills.

  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

While performing this job the employee would occasionally be required to carry loads up to and including 24lbs. It is frequently necessary to bend, squat, reach above the shoulder level, crouch, kneel, balance and push/pull equipment. Firm grasping/fine manipulation with the right/left hand is necessary. In an 8-hour day, the employee can expect to sit about 6 hours.
