Job Description:

The Director of Food & Beverage is tasked with overseeing the management of Belles at Old Port Cove, Belles at North Palm Beach, Belles at Rybovich, Latitude 26, and Latitude Poolside. Their responsibilities include ensuring that the businesses operate in accordance with Safe Harbor operating standards and metrics. This individual will provide leadership to the Assistant Restaurant Manager and/or Restaurant Manager, and will play a pivotal role in directing the overall operation, culture, atmosphere, and success of the restaurants. Furthermore, they will be responsible for establishing and implementing quality and consistency that aligns with the Safe Harbor brand and standards.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess extensive hospitality experience, strong culinary and leadership skills, a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and ambition. This role carries significant responsibility in both business management and culinary skill and professionalism. It requires a dynamic, energetic, and motivated leader and offers a competitive compensation package commensurate with the high expectations and responsibilities involved.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Developing and Implementing Standard Operating ProceduresEstablishing and Implementing Training ProgramsManaging Vendor Relations through Implementation and NegotiationOversight of Procurement ManagementEnsuring Financial AccountabilityManaging Operating Systems, Point of Sale (POS) Systems, Inventory, Bar Programming, and Scheduling ProgramsCultivating a Positive Work Environment to Enhance Employee Retention and Job SatisfactionInvestigation and resolution of member complaints concerning food quality, service, and operational issuesMaintenance of equipment inventories and management of service contractsCreation and approval of budgets, payroll management, and ensuring operational expenses align with the planManagement of theft and loss preventionDesign a compelling and alluring menu that reflects current food trends and incorporates appropriate pricing for the dishes.Other duties as assigned by Manager

Technical and Physical Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent requiredTIPS certified preferred5 years restaurant experience preferredAbility to stand for long periods of timeAbility to bend, stoop, lift, rotate, reachAbility to lift 50 pounds
