What youll be doing:
Works with the Project team to complete tasks that are vital to the execution of the project.Develops Service Level Agreement documentsProvides updates on current work orders, scheduling of technicians, parts on order, or any potential delays in completionSubmits work order quotes and follow up with appropriate approvals and questionsFollows-up on current customer jobs to make sure they are completed to the customers satisfactionDevelop and maintain working relationship with internal and external resourcesHandles all escalated calls and researches the problem to determine what issues may be affecting the customer. Replies to customer and relays any relevant informationGenerates weekly reports on old calls, current calls, and pending customer approvalsGenerates various Project reportsWorks in conjunction with the Rogers Project Manager, Dispatchers and Service Managers on a daily basis to help support customersWorks with the Accounting Department on any billing issues and ensures that customers are invoiced in a timely manner
What were looking for:
Bachelors Degree; or 3 years of previous customer service or account management experience or equivalentAbility to communicate both verbally and thorough writing in a professional, courteous and knowledgeable mannerAbility to provide exceptional customer service skillsAbility to multitaskAbility to prioritize tasks according to deadlines and urgency and complete them in a timely and professional mannerAbility to create, edit and analyze Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, PDF files and Power Point presentationsAbility to learn and utilize Rogers work order management systems as well as various customer work order management systems.Proficiency in MS Office Suite
