HRIS Analyst - UKG at Plastipak Packaging Inc. in Plymouth, Michigan

Job Description:

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for UKG Pro Workforce Management projects and related support. In this role, you will configure, design, test, and implement new and existing technologies. You will act as a business partner and HRIS subject matter expert to support business needs globally.

You Will

• Provide UKG Timekeeping, Attendance, and Advanced Scheduling support


• Diagnose, resolve, and document application errors


• Provide end user support of the UKG Pro WFM system


• Assist with assessing upcoming UKG Pro WFM releases for enhancements and new functionality; test, deploy, and stabilize new releases


• Provide UKG Pro WFM reporting support


• Lead change management processes for all changes to production systems


• Independently plan, coordinate, and monitor the development, evaluation, and implementation of complex information systems projects


• Implement Advanced Scheduling across all locations in the US


• Provide training to end users on functional use of the systems and maintain the training library


• Learn new functions, train, and teach other application users

You Have

• Bachelor’s Degree, with a strong preference for Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related discipline


• A minimum of three (3) years of UKG Pro WFM system support experience


• HRIS design, configuration, and testing experience


• Proven written and verbal communication skills to manage projects and collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization


• Ability and desire to work in-person at our Plymouth, MI location
