Hours: Mon, Tue, Wed 7:00am- 6:30 pm; Fri 7:30am - 5:30 pm



This job will have the following responsibilities:

• You will be handling a high volume of rooming patients, multi-tasking by stopping a task to greet and assist a patient, type while you are talking and using multiple resources and screens at the same time.


• This position is very structured with a high degree of repetition in the daily work.


• Exhibits empathy, courtesy, competence, efficiency and care. Ensures confidentiality of medical records and releases medical information following established Clinic policies and procedures


• Adherence to standardized processes and quality guidelines are monitored to ensure a high degree of customer service and safety.


• If a provider is out for the day and there is a need at another clinic, the MA may be asked to travel.


• Duties in rooming: getting height, weight, blood pressure, documenting family and medical history, and in some cases a chief complaint. Scheduling the next visit and/or checking into the lab/xray. Also Providing vaccines.


• The organization does have an office department that takes the majority of refills and medication PAs, as well as MA office that help with some general request. This position still handles the MyChart messages and Paperwork at high volumes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• MA-R with experience, preferably in primary care


• MA-C
