Shift Details: Monday-Friday (6:00am to 2:30pm) *Hours will vary*
Pay Details: $29/hr (Great benefits after 30 days)
Position Summary
The purpose of this role is to make deliveries, pickups and yard moves in a safe, efficient and timely manner, as directed by dispatch and plant management using company owned vehicles.
Accountabilities
Engage in Safety to ensure Plan To Zero (PTZ) is met
Conduct all activities and perform all job duties and functions following strict adherence to established, company implemented safety behaviors, processes, and procedures.
Operate in accordance with CSA 2010 7 Basics
Complete all required truck and trainer inspections, yard checks, and other misc. paperwork.
Improve and maintain Quality Expectations
Make deliveries, pickups and yard moves in an efficient and timely manner, as directed by dispatch and plant management.
Effectively communicate with management on equipment needs and repairs as they arise.
Effectively communicate with site personnel, customers, vendors and business partners in a professional business appropriate manner.
Production Expectations are understood, achieved and sustained
Production-based position; must be able to effectively meet minimum production and quality requirements.
Any other duties as assigned by site leadership.

General Responsibilities
Perform sanitation, •Clean as You Go,• and good housekeeping practices in the assigned tractor and trailers and as direct by site leadership.
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. consistently throughout duration of shift.
Qualifications
5+ years of Over the Road experience, with a clean driving record.
Current CDL Class A License Required.
Current DOT Physical.
Clean driving record.
Successfully pass Random Drug Screens.
Experience in a fast-paced, production based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
High School Diploma, GED, or comparable work related experience preferred.
