Pay Range: $75,000 - $85,000

Citrus Heights Post Acute is seeking an experienced and dynamic Dietary Services Director to lead our dietary team. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the dietary department, ensuring high-quality meal service for residents


• Develop nutritious and appetizing menus that meet the dietary needs of residents, including those with special dietary restrictions


• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to food safety and nutrition


• Manage dietary staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations


• Work closely with the interdisciplinary care team to support the nutritional needs of residents


• Monitor and manage food inventory and budget for the dietary department

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Dietary Services Director or similar role in a skilled nursing or healthcare facility


• Strong leadership and management skills


• Knowledge of food safety standards and state regulations


• Ability to create and maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment


• Excellent communication and organizational skills
