WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Collaboratively working between HQ design of hardware logo accessories & vendors producing hardware to execute these trims used in apparel & soft line accessories
Enter materials in PLM, including all attribute details for nominated supplier & vendor sourced components
Add corresponding artwork into PLM system
Manage AI design files for hardware trims
Adding prices, MOQ & Nominated supplier details into PLM
Send files directed by RM Development Mngr to suppliers for development
Assist in sample tracking to enable visibility of Raw materials development for the EU & OZ teams
Ensures that PLM naming codes adhere to established RM naming conventions
Assist in Trim & Textile board creation for view of all development teams
Sample Management
Set up request in PLM
Check inwhen sample is received by writing corresponding #’s & dates on physical samples & checking in into PLM
Update sample request with approved/resubmit/status in PLM (and create new sample request if needed)
Enter vendor pricing, MOQ & lead times in PLM to provide visibility for development teams to access
Run reports from the PLM sample tracker weekly or as needed to advise RM Development Mngr if any trim/hardware items have exceeded their quoted ETD’s
Update vendor expected ETD for samples into PLM for development teams references
Some color viewing/matching skills of lab dips in light box done in relation to textile & trim/hardware developed items, on a limited & needed basis, is a plus
Other duties as assigned related to material issues/matters with vendors, development & product teams.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Product Development college student or recent graduate
Ability to learn and understand materials & materials development processes
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables
Intermediate Word, Excel, Illustrator
Ability to learn Database Systems
Extensive attention to detail related to calendar, quality, innovation and functionality is required
Must understand and work well within the confines of the creative process and creative people and yet meet assigned deadlines
Creative problem-solving ability
Assist with other various projects in the materials and production departments

Liberated Brands is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Lafayette, CO is $25- $28. This position is hybrid and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled.
