Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a BSA in Boston, MA.

Key Tasks:

• Collaborating with business and digital stakeholders to document detailed business requirements as assigned for the HR Renew Program


• Collaborating with developers


• Obtaining approval of business requirements from business process owners


• Data Mapping for integrations


• Analyze data sources, entities, and relationships to document data requirements and formal system specifications


• Defining test scenarios


• Conduct and document Functional and System Integration testing


• Training the business on new or changes to applications


• Adhere to the processes and policies defined by Company

REQUIREMENTS:

• BS or MS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management or equivalent


• 5+ years of experience in IT


• 3+ years as a Business Systems Analyst


• Integration experiences a must


• Experience with data governance, master data management and data integrations a plus


• Understanding the current business processes and systems used


• Excellent verbal and written English skills


• Proficient in Excel


• Be a self-starter with solid interpersonal skills - projecting a very positive customer-service-oriented attitude


• Great communication and collaboration skills


• Ability to multi-task and manage concurrent tasks


• Workday experience a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
