RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is looking for a highly skilled and creative Learning & Enablement Specialist to join our client's internal Adoption, Learning, & Enablement team in Plano, TX.

Summary:
In this role, the Learning & Enablement Specialist will serve as the bridge between their marketing technology creators and users, producing compelling learning materials that empower teams to adopt our cutting-edge marketing technologies. Cross-team collaboration and stakeholder engagement are key to success in this role, as you will work closely with subject matter experts, department leaders, and end-users to ensure that learning and enablement content drives adoption and meets the needs of the entire organization.

The ideal candidate is an excellent content creator with a background in digital marketing technologies and in-depth knowledge of Web Content Management Systems (CMS); Contentful preferred. The Learning & Enablement Specialist will lead the development of engaging content, manage its distribution, and ensure it enables employees to effectively adopt their Marketing Tech Stack.




REQUIREMENTS:



  • Certification or degree (or commensurate experience and portfolio examples) in instructional design, learning & development, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in learning & development content creation

  • Prior experience in digital marketing before transitioning to L&D

  • Working in-depth knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) (Contentful preferred)

  • Must have strong portfolio or work samples that showcases expertise in creating learning/training content






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
